Allan Weiss – Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Weiss has devoted much of his career to the development of innovative financial services and products. In 1991 he co-founded Case Shiller Weiss and was chief executive officer through 2004. CSW produces CASA, an automated property valuation service, and the S&P Case Shiller Home Price Indexes now traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. CSW was acquired by Fiserv, Inc. in 2002. Mr. Weiss is also co-founder of MacroMarkets, and served as its chief executive officer from 1999 to 2005. MacroMarkets is the creator of Macro Securities, a patented security product co-invented by Mr. Weiss. Mr. Weiss holds a BA in computer science and physics from Brandeis and an MBA from Yale.

William S. Stout, Jr, CFA – Senior Managing Director – Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Stout was Vice President and head of the US Commercial Mortgage Investment section of Sun Life Financial where he worked for 20 years through 2005. He oversaw annual commercial mortgage origination of $1.2 billion and oversaw a portfolio of over $5 billion. Bill also initiated and led a $1.7 billion mortgage sales program of securitizations and participations and played a significant role in the execution of 3 commercial real estate collateralized debt obligations totaling $2.3 billion. Prior to joining Market Shield, Bill was responsible for new business development at Coventree Capital, a Canadian investment bank which sponsored and administered over $16 billion of asset-backed commercial paper trusts. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Elan Bair –Senior Managing Director
Mr. Bair is a senior finance, consulting and corporate development executive with a 20 year record of strategic development and profit enhancement. He drove 4-fold gain in the valuation of Converge, a high technology exchange, through spearheading its $125 million strategic sale, acquisition of two competitors, formation of several international alliances and JVs, and subsequent merger at $215 million. He drove strategic alliances at Emptoris, an enterprise software provider, and at Monster.com, and led numerous strategy, M&A, JV and market development consulting assignments for financial services, publishing, consumer and industrial products clients for Bain & Company, Accenture, CSC, and Molecular. He holds a BBA/MBA Summa cum Laude in accounting and taxation from Pace University, and an MS in Management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Christopher H. Bartle – Senior Managing Director and General Counsel
Mr. Bartle has had a diverse 25-year career in law and business. Most recently he was a partner in the APC Group, successful private buyers of distressed whole loans. Prior to that he was in the practice of law, primarily in real estate, at several firms, including Dolgenos Newman & Cronin, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He has also been manager of Tear of the Clouds LLC/Keeper Springs, a bottled water company that gives 100% of its profits to the environment, and has been an investor in and board member of several other beverage companies, He holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

Neil R. GordonChief Financial Officer
Mr. Gordon began his career with the accounting firm of Haskins & Sells in 1969 and served as director, finance and accounting, of Empire of Carolina, Inc., from 1979 until 1982. He was then associated with Centronics Data Computer Corp., a computer peripherals manufacturer, and Ekco Group, Inc., a leading consumer products manufacturer and marketer, for fourteen years, including eight years as the company's treasurer, before establishing N.R. Gordon & Company, a financial services consulting firm, in 1995. Mr. Gordon serves on the board of directors of Datameg Corporation, as chief financial officer of Decent Energy, Inc., operator of the Cambridge Clean Energy Incubator, on the board of directors and as treasurer of Official Software, Inc., and as an advisor to a number of emerging companies. Mr. Gordon was an advisor to Case Shiller Weiss, Inc., from 1998, until its acquisition by Fiserv, Inc., in 2002.

Rebecca Raibley - Managing Director
Ms. Raibley founded Fire and Finesse in 2003, a web based company that specializes in the marketing and sale of contemporary and classic works of art and served as its President until 2007. Ms. Raibley co-founded Articles, Inc in 1994 and served as its President until 2003 when the company was sold. Articles Inc specialized in the commercialization of one of a kind artwork. Ms. Raibley served on the Board of Directors of Case Shiller Weiss, MacroMarkets LLC and Vernay Laboratories as the Chairman of the Board for many years. Ms. Raibley has a post master’s concentration in business from Harvard University and holds a Master’s in Educational Administration from the University of Vermont and a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Marian College.

Ken Munkacy - Advisor
Mr. Munkacy is Senior Managing Director at The General Investment and Development Companies. Previously, he was COO at New Boston Fund and Senior Managing Director of GE Capital Golub Europe, L.L.C., where he was responsible for managing GECG's operations in six countries and for overseeing their investment activities, including acquisitions and the development of residential and office properties. He previously served as the Managing Director/Asia (based in Tokyo) for the Starwood Capital Group, where he was responsible for their Asian joint venture investments, operations and portfolio oversight in four countries. He has written numerous articles on real estate development, and has lectured at various business schools, including Stanford Business School and the Wharton Graduate School of Business.; Mr. Munkacy is a member of the Urban Land Institute, has a Masters of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and received his BA in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College.

Sandeep Dayal - Advisor
Mr. Dayal is Senior Vice President with the Cerenti Marketing Group.  He specializes in helping companies accelerate business growth through better marketing.  He has deep expertise in branding, category management, promotion optimization, marketing, pricing and services marketing.  He has served clients in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Before joining Cerenti, he was the Chief Marketing Officer for the Zyman Group.  He has also worked previously with Unilever, Dexter, Booz Allen Hamilton, and McKinsey & Company.  Mr. Dayal has been published in Marketing Management, McKinsey Quarterly and Strategy & Business and is frequent speaker at industry events.  Mr. Dayal holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in India.
