Allan Weiss – CEO
Mr. Weiss has devoted much of his career to building companies that create novel risk management products and services for the mortgage industry. In 1991, he co-founded Case Shiller Weiss, Inc. and was its Chief Executive Officer through 2004. Among other products, Case Shiller Weiss produces the S&P Case Shiller Home Price Indexes now traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Macro Securities. Case Shiller Weiss was acquired by Fiserv, Inc., in 2002. Mr. Weiss also co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of MacroMarkets, LLC. He has co-authored a number of articles in academic journals concerning the establishment of liquid markets and hedging instruments. Mr. Weiss is inventor of US Patents #7,155,468, and 7716106 “Common Index Securities,” as well as other pending patent applications, comprising the methodology underlying the Company’s business. He is lead inventor on two other financial structures that have been awarded US patents and Time Magazine Award for one of the best inventions of 2008. Mr. Weiss holds a BA in computer science and physics from Brandeis University and an MBA from Yale University..

Christopher H. Bartle – Principal and General Counsel
Mr. Bartle has had a diverse 28-year career in law and business. Before joining Market Shield, he was a partner in the APC Group, successful private buyers of distressed whole loans. Prior to that he was in the practice of law, primarily in real estate, at several firms, including Dolgenos Newman & Cronin, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He has also been manager of Tear of the Clouds LLC/Keeper Springs, a bottled water company that gives 100% of its profits to the environment. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

Rebecca Raibley – Managing Director
Ms. Raibley served on the boards of Case Shiller Weiss and MacroMarkets as well as serving as the Chairman of the Board of Vernay Labs. After selling Articles Inc., Ms. Raibley worked with start-ups in the creation of their business and operational strategies, and was Market Shield's first employee. Ms. Raibley began her career at The College of New Jersey as an Assistant Dean. She then began a 14 year association with Digital Equipment Corporation where she served as the US Personnel Manager for Educational Services with responsibilities for developing the national HR structure. She also served as Operations Manager for Corporate Quality where her responsibilities included working with the worldwide Digital community on the implementation of quality programs. Ms. Raibley then co-founded Articles Inc., a company that specialized in the commercialization of art and sold into over a 1000 galleries nationally.
